RENTAL or LEASE APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Applicant Will:
  • Submit completed application along with required documents and application fee

  • Upon approval:
    • Pay security deposit equal to one month’s rent in most cases.
      (Some cases may require more)
    • Pay rent for first month
    • Pay non-refundable pet deposit if applicable.
MG Property Management Residential Rentals Will:
  • Perform credit check

  • Check rental references

  • Verify employment and income sources

  • Notify applicant with findings

  • Upon approval:
    • Explain lease terms and addendums
    • Obtain signatures and issue keys
    • Provide move-in packet including lease, move-in inspection sheet, office business card, emergency phone number and utility information
